Features of the Hat:

• Condition: Excellent
• No actual date on the item
• NVA Army officer's visor hat with bullion wreath insignia missing East German coat of arms, and in its place the West German circular hat device in the national colors, with black in the center (West Germany Pip Cockade)
• There is a name tag in the plastic center shield but I cannot read any of it except "Telibr: 4659"
• Tan piping
• Silver officer's chinstrap
• Brown leatherette sweat band in excellent condition
• Sweat shield marking NVA/56/1856I (manufactured in 1982)
• Size 56
