By replicating the OE spun body design, the single laser fusion weld greatly reduces the possibility of a leak, and our compact, low-mass design also allows for greater thermal efficiency. Designed to fit the 2009-2017 Audi Q5, 2012-2015 Audi A6 Quattro, and more, this direct-fit catalytic converter also interchanges with OE parts 8K0 254 200 FX and 8K0 254 200 KX, among others. The included gaskets & hardware reduce the possibility of a leaking seal while avoiding the need to reuse corroded factory parts for installation. A Must Have For Car Restorations!

I have been installing this matting in my 74 Datsun 260Z restore and very pleased with the ease of application and overall quality. My car has bedliner coating inside and this stuff sticks extremely well and is easy to trim and shape as well. I have just started installing it and using the rollers to work it in place but I can already tell a difference with just the little bit I have added....has reduced the resonance in the metal already. It's not a fast process but know it will be very rewarding once complete.

Easy to apply

Nice product. With adhesive applied, this an all in one product. Easily cut to random shapes and dimensions and the adhesive seems to hold well. Removing the paper that protects the adhesive to apply in tight areas, presents a new set of problems.
Having applied the product inside the panels of an old Trooper, it is yet to be determine if sound and temperature transfer are reduced.
