De Antinori Bramito Castello della Sala komt uit Umbrië, een regio in het hart van Italië, bekend om zijn indrukwekkende natuur en rijke geschiedenis. Deze witte wijn wordt gemaakt van 100% Chardonnay-druiven die groeien op 200 tot 400 meter hoogte, waar de bodem rijk is aan klei en fossielen. De Bramito Castello della Sala heeft een frisse geur van citrus en wit fruit, zoals appel en perzik, aangevuld met subtiele vanille- en geroosterde eiken tonen door de rijping op hout.
