Voorbereiding:

Exfoliëren: Gebruik een olievrije scrub 24 uur voor het aanbrengen van de tanning drops. Dit verwijdert dode huidcellen en zorgt voor een egaal resultaat.

Reinigen: Zorg ervoor dat je huid schoon en droog is voordat je de tanning drops aanbrengt. Vermijd oliehoudende gezichtsreinigers, omdat deze een barrière kunnen vormen.

Hydrateren: Heb je droge plekjes? Breng een lichte, olievrije moisturizer aan op droge zones zoals de wenkbrauwen, haarlijn en neusvleugels. Dit voorkomt dat de tanning drops daar te donker worden.

Aanbrengen:

1. Meng 4-10 tanning drops met je favoriete dagcrème of bodylotion. Hoe meer druppels, hoe intenser het resultaat.

2. Verdeel het mengsel gelijkmatig over je gezicht en/of lichaam. Zorg ervoor dat je alles goed uitveegt om vlekken te voorkomen.

3. Let op: Vermijd direct contact met water, vooral rond de haarlijn, wenkbrauwen en neusvleugels.

Glow & Aftercare:

  • Laat de tanning drops 4-8 uur inwerken en vermijd water of zweten in deze periode.
  • Was je handen direct na het aanbrengen om vlekken te voorkomen.
  • Geniet van een prachtige en natuurlijke tan! Wil je een diepere kleur? Herhaal de applicatie de volgende dag.

1. Hoe kies je tussen light en intense?

Kies de tint die past bij je gewenste sun-kissed resultaat. Light: subtiele, natuurlijke glow; ideaal voor lichte huidtypes of first-timers (2–4 druppels). Intense: diepere, warmere teint; geschikt voor medium tot donkere huidtypes of sneller resultaat (4–8 druppels).

2. Hoe snel zie ik resultaat?

Je ziet het eerste resultaat binnen 4–6 uur. De kleur ontwikkelt nog door na het aanbrengen; breng ’s avonds aan en check ’s ochtends. Wil je donkerder? Herhaal of gebruik meer druppels. UV-vrij, dus geen zon nodig.

3. Wordt mijn huid oranje of streperig?

Nee. Onze zelfbruiner-formule is gemaakt voor een egale, natuurlijke teint zonder strepen. Breng gelijkmatig aan op een gereinigde huid, vermijd droge plekjes (eerst licht hydrateren) en was je handen na gebruik om donkere handpalmen te voorkomen.

4. Is het veilig voor mijn huid?

Ja, de drops zijn UV-vrij, parfumvrij en verrijkt met o.a. vitamine E. Geschikt voor alle huidtypes, inclusief de gevoelige huid. Bij extra gevoelige huid raden we een patch-test aan (24 uur op een klein stukje huid).

5. Hoe breng ik de tanning drops aan?

Breng de tanning drops aan op een schone, droge huid. Meng 2–4 druppels met je moisturizer (of breng ze puur aan) en verdeel gelijkmatig over gezicht en hals. Was je handen na gebruik. Voor een intensere natuurlijke glow kun je het aantal druppels opvoeren of de applicatie herhalen.

6. Zijn de tanning drops geschikt voor alle huidtypen?

Ja. De formule is ontwikkeld voor alle huidtypen (droog, normaal, vet, gecombineerd) en is parfumvrij. Bouw de kleur rustig op met het aantal druppels dat bij jouw huid past.

7. Hoe lang blijft de gloed zichtbaar?

De glow blijft gemiddeld 4–6 dagen zichtbaar, afhankelijk van je huidtype en hoe vaak je exfolieert. Voor een blijvend resultaat kun je elke 2–3 dagen bijwerken.

8. Kan ik de tanning drops gebruiken in combinatie met andere huidverzorgingsproducten?

Ja. Je kunt de drops veilig mengen met je dag- of nachtcrème, of laag per laag gebruiken na je serum. Vermijd direct na het aanbrengen olie-rijke producten op de plaatsen waar je net hebt gesmeerd; die kunnen de ontwikkeling iets remmen.

9. Zijn de tanning drops vegan en dierproefvrij?

Ja, 100% vegan en cruelty-free. Er worden geen dierproeven uitgevoerd.

I’m having trouble finding accurate words to describe the way this book made me feel, but I am going to do my best. To start off with basic elements, the character and world building are phenomenal. I feel a strong bond to not only the two main characters, Ara and Rogue, but to each and every character introduced throughout the book. The author did a stellar job of giving each of them unique personhood. All of the scenes are beautifully described. So much so that throughout the entirety of the book, I could see every scene: the towns, the castles, the meadows, the landscape. I have had difficulty with this and with distinguishing between outlying characters while reading in the past, but I did not have to think to remember details of world or character building because they flowed naturally within the story and were described well. I have read book series before that made me want to be a part of that world, but I actually felt like I got to step into Auryna and Ravaryn! The plot twists!! Although this is not a suspense novel, it still had me on a rollercoaster of emotions and on the edge of my seat from beginning to end. I haven’t cried actual tears over a book since I was in high school (and I’ve read a LOT). This book finally broke the floodgates in the final few chapters. Multiple times. And we love a good cliffhanger. It truly made me FEEL. THE SPICE is a solid 3.5/5. Some of the scenes had me flushed, some had me taking notes, some just had my jaw slack and my mouth hanging open. Bravo, JD Linton, bravo. The relationships: friendships, family, romantic, ALL of the relationships in this book have so much meaning. The author does a great job at making you feel the love, the anger, the peace, the frustrations, the safety, the familiarity, etc. between the characters. Ara and Rogue. I can not say enough and I also do not want to say too much. Just know that I feel like I know them both, to their core. I know what their childhood looks likes, their darkest moments, their biggest fears, their dreams and passions, what they want in life… The POV switches were seamless. I am so happy this author decided to let us see from both sets of eyes. I can not wait for book two after that cliffhanger. And there is SO much potential for at least one prequel, I can’t wait to see where this author goes! I hope this series continues and flourishes. Fingers crossed!

This book was phenomenal, I devoured it within a few days! For this being a debut novel, it is fantastic and I would’ve thought the author was a seasoned author. And I absolutely love the “captive/captor” trope so much, it’s become one of my favorite tropes, so I was pleasantly surprised to see that this book had that. I loved the banter between Rogue and Ara — they’re both snarky and witty, plus with the romantic tension, it made the dialogue that much better. Speaking of romantic tension, yes there is spice but not so much of it that it overrides the plot, which I loved. For me, this would probably be on the 3/5 level of spice. This book had a ton of plot twists and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
