De taps toelopende rigide metalen buizen zorgen dat veel gewicht geplaatst kan worden. Op de onderste laag kan bijvoorbeeld je tot 50 kg zware versterker geparkeerd staan. De andere lagen kunnen individueel 25 kg dragen. Met speciaal absorberende PVC strips worden de glasplaten mooi ontkoppelt van het kruisvormige frame. Uiteraard is het mogelijk de producten die op de glazen platen staan nog weer te ontkoppelen, bijvoorbeeld door gebruik van de Damp 50 of op hogere niveau door Cold Ray absorbers. These shelves are rey stylish, light and durable! The set came with everything needed to install. The color is just as described. Price is steal and these shelves can definitely be used anywhere throughout the house. I did give it only 4 stars because as you can see in the photos, the underneath was not completely finished. Decided to keep because the price was unbeatable.

One of the best deals available!

Extremely sturdy, good looking and easy to install. I have a couple of dozen feet of assorted lengths in the kitchen, bedroom, living room and foyer. Holding all sorts of antique clocks, audio equipment and cooking stuff from my flours and assorted cornmeals to cases of powdered “lemonade”.

Mounting system doesn’t align on one of three shelves.

Nice shelves. Install was super easy except on one of the three shelves. The main mounting shelf holes were off so the shelf will not slip onto horizontal mounting poles unless I modify the shelf. So a 20 minute job becomes a two hour job.
The mounting system does appear very sturdy just not aligned.
