Rosso rubino brillante, al naso regala note fragranti e molto nitide di piccoli frutti di bosco. In bocca è secco, piacevolmente caldo, fresco e sostenuto da un'ottima spalla acida. Asciutto, chiude con un finale di buona pulizia, di media persistenza.Da uve nebbiolo in purezza, il Rosso di Valtellina è da considerarsi una sorta di introduzione al mondo dei vini valtellinesi e alle loro tante declinazioni. Un vino capace di essere semplice ma mai scontato, un vero e proprio inno alla piacevolezza del vino da tavola.Ad un'iniziale macerazione a freddo di cinque giorni segue la fermentazione alcolica del mosto. Una volta terminata il Rosso di Valtellina DOC "SantaRita" di Mamete Prevostini matura per circa otto mesi in vasche di acciaio inox prima del successivo imbottigliamento.
Classico vino da tutto pasto, sa essere estremamente versatile negli abbinamenti, in particolare con primi piatti a base di carne come una pasta al ragù.

Failed in less than 1 year
Starter began making noise, and finally on the last start, it would not disengage from starting (as in it sounded like you were still turning the key after the vehicle was already started), so it burned out the starter, had to replace with one from o'reilly's. I don't reccomend this one
