We have thoroughly tested the MicroCut®45 DV on its precision and duty cycle. While running on 220V it will output a maximum 45 amps; on 110V it will output 25 amps. This machine is not approved for use with a generator. Hand cutting or CNC cutting this machine is sure to meet your expectations. Maximum severance cutting capacity is 1 inch, maximum quality cutting is 3/4".
With the MicroCut® 45 DV, the maximum rated CNC pierce capacity is 1/2"; the cut speed at 1/2" material thickness runs at 16 IPM. To use your MicroCut® 45 DV on your plasma table, simply install your CNC machine torch, plug in your table, and switch the cutter into CNC mode. The MicroCut® 45 DV DOES NOT include the 14-Pin Mating Connector (P/N 64672).

To get the best cutting capacity, fastest cutting speeds, and longest consumable life out of your CNC plasma cutting applications, we highly recommend using our HTP® Max Dry desiccant air dryer system (P/N 25310-2). Dry air is a necessity when running a CNC with a torch height controller.
