Ingredients:
Peppermint, Lavender 

Taste: Soothing floral Lavendar uplifted by clarifying fresh mint

Caffeine Free

Brewing Instructions: 6-8 ounces of water (filtered recommended) per teaspoon of loose leaf tea. Bring water to 212°F/ 100°C let cool down to 185°F/85°C. Steep for 3-5 minutes.
