Coturnix Quail Hatching Eggs — Brown/Wild Type

Build your quail flock with fertile, jumbo Coturnix eggs from quality-monitored flocks. These eggs are bred for strong chicks and high fertility, so they’re great for beginners, families, and classrooms. Coturnix quail are calm, easy to care for, and grow fast—most reach jumbo size in about 8–10 weeks. The classic brown/wild type color makes it simple to spot healthy feather patterns as they mature, whether you want birds for eggs, meat, or pets.

Why these eggs?

  • Quality you can trust: Parents are watched for health, size, and vigor to support better hatch results.

  • Beginner-friendly birds: Coturnix are hardy, quiet, and do well in small spaces or backyard pens.

  • Fast payoff: Quick growth means earlier eggs and a reliable source of lean, protein-rich meat.

  • Great for learning: Perfect for science projects—kids can candle and track growth each week.

Hatching tips (simple guide):

  • Let shipped eggs rest pointy-end down for 12–24 hours before setting.

  • Incubate around 99–100°F with steady humidity; turn eggs 3–5 times daily until the last 3 days (“lockdown”), then stop turning and raise humidity a bit.

  • Not every egg will hatch—that’s normal, especially with shipped eggs.

  • Have a brooder ready with heat, clean water, and starter feed for quail chicks.

Choose the pack size that fits your project and get ready to watch sturdy, fast-growing jumbo Coturnix chicks hatch and thrive.

Always order big!
I needed a minimum of 2 AWG wire to create interconnects between batteries in a large bank. If you note, these say 1/0 Gauge, not AWG. What is 1/0 Gauge? Who knows, it's fake. Meaningless, because it is not standardized so you have no clue what you are getting. What did I get for my 1/0 Gauge wire? Something that was in between 1 and 2 AWG (closer to 1). This was perfect for my needs because I knew darn well how big to order when they say gauge instead of AWG. As a rule of thumb: If they as gauge, order 3 - 4 sizes larger than you need in AWG. This will always net you larger wire than you need but I have never had it net me wire smaller than I needed. At the price I got it for during prime days, it was a steal for 2 AWG wire, so I win! I hope you found this helpful!

Heavy duty and has lasted three years so far
I have had this relay installed in the engine bay of my Lexus RX 300, functioning to link the front battery to the additional battery in the trunk whenever the ignition is on. The relay has worked reliably for about three years now with no complaints besides one minor comment, be careful when threading down the nut on the Low voltage side. It is prone to stripping
