This is not a furniture factory or warehouse. Upon your purchase, each piece is finished according to your choice of any necessary option(s). Finishing process includes careful wood preparation before hand-applying the highest quality paint/finish/stain. What we can guarantee is the utmost in quality and workmanship.
We ship via UPS Freight.
Furniture ships directly from the Amish wood shop where it is manufactured.
Items are professionally wrapped and packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Furniture shipments are curbside deliveries.
You will be notified of in advance of your drop off day and given a time frame for delivery.
You will need to be present to inspect and sign for your furniture.
You will also need to make arrangements to get the item from the curb into your home.
Items are fully insured.
Shipping and Handling rates are non-negotiable.
Custom furniture is not returnable. All sales are final.
Buyer must be present at the time of delivery to inspect and sign for furniture items.
