Miracle Noodle products are shipped 1 to 2 business days from the order date. If the SmartCakes® are bought with other Miracle Noodle products, they will be coming in two different shipments.

SmartCakes® will now ship through FedEx home delivery for all orders. This mainly means, that we will no longer be able to accommodate shipping to PO box addresses.

Shipping Policy

If you ordered the SmartBuns®/SmartCakes®, they are shipped from a separate warehouse. Shipping for this product is within 7 business days from the order date while the rest of the Miracle Noodle products are shipped 1 to 2 business days from the order date. If the SmartBuns®/SmartCakes® are bought with other Miracle Noodle products, they will be coming in two different shipments.

SmartBuns®/SmartCakes® are shipped via FedEx.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order for a FULL REFUND as long as order has not been shipped yet.

Once order is shipped, sale is considered FINAL.

Damaged Product

Any report of damaged product must be made within 5 calendar days from order delivery. “Damaged Product” means unfit for use/consumption such as being “moldy” or discolored. Photos must be sent along with the lot number information to [email protected] . Lot numbers for damaged product are VERY helpful to our claim process. Lot numbers for the SmartBUN® can be found on the clear wrapper of each individual bun. You may need to remove the buns from the 4-pack wrapping to find the number. The lot number will be 3 digits and near the seal of the wrapper.

Replacement for the damaged product will be sent at no extra cost. If refund is preferred, please inform us by either sending an email at [email protected] or call us at our toll free # 1-800-948-4205.

Missing Shipment

We will send you an email with your order’s tracking information as soon as order is out for shipping. If shipment is missing, we need to be notified immediately (no longer than the 5 calendar days from expected delivery date). Replacement for the missing product will be sent at our cost as well. If refund is preferred, please inform us by either sending an email at [email protected] or call us at our toll free # 1-800-948-4205.

Returned Shipment

Refused Shipment Due to Change of Mind or It Does Not Suit Your Personal Taste Preferences - Full refund is forfeited.

Undeliverable as Addressed or Incorrect Address Information Provided - Full refund is forfeited. Kindly make sure to go over your shipping information and advise us of any corrections within five business days from the day your order has been forwarded to our warehouse

Works Beautifully

I looked up videos on YouTube to get tips on using this as I'm a visual learner. I love using my Cricut and making tumblers, and as someone familiar with crafting, it felt second nature using this. Everything worked smoothly and nothing seemed out of place. There’s a bit of a learning curve, but if you're crafty, you'll settle in quickly. The print quality is fantastic, easily higher quality than my inkjet printer. The included “starter ink” gets you going, and replacements are easy to get online. You use the ink they provide which lasts a long time. The results speak for themselves, sharp, vivid, and professional looking prints every time. Definite recommend from me!

Way too expensive, but good quality. Monopolies do that.

Makes great prints but is twice the cost of what it should be and the ink is ridiculously expensive. The "starter ink" that is included will prime the lines, but will immediately show you a "low ink" warning. So be prepared to almost immediately spend another $350 on ink. If you use unauthorized ink Sawgrass will lock up your printer and make it unusable. That monopoly is how they can charge so much. Cost is the downside by a longshot. Also - having to use their "Print Manager" slows down production by adding several extra steps after pressing print. Making our shop less efficient. That being said - the quality of the prints we get with Sawgrass is superior to other printers for sublimation.

Changed for the worse

I have used my sawgrass SG500’s and an SG1000 for over 10 years with great success and made around 250,000 mugs and ornaments. As you can see, all the 1 star reviews are from this year for good reason. I wish I had read them before I bought a new 500 model. All my prints are now grainy. I have spent days online and it is normal with the new Print Utility and it seems to be the same for everyone in the last few months. I have been unable to find a fix and customer service is useless. It takes days of chat and emails to have what would be a 15 minute conversation. I don’t want to go through the hassle of learning a new system but unless I can get my issues solved in the next few days, I will. The actual printing is faster but it takes several minutes per print to set up. I have to spend about 4-5 times as long to set up a print as I did with the old Print Manager. Instead of spending a half hour to print my art each day, I have to spend at least 2 hours and I get a lower quality print. Unless they can get me set up to use Print Manager again instead of the new Print Utility, I’m getting a different printer.
