Wilwood’s matched front and rear UTV brake kits feature dynamically-mounted rotors and upgraded calipers for popular side-by-side machines. Kits combine fixed mount multi-piston calipers with greater clamping force, and larger diameter floating rotors for more brake torque, improving braking on higher-powered UTVs. Forged aluminum differential-bore four and six piston calipers reduce deflection and provide more uniform engagement to increase braking force and improve feel. High-friction steel rotors, are up to 20% greater in diameter and thicker for less distortion. Dynamically mounted rotors reduce thermal stress and prevent piston knockback from rough terrain.

Wilwood is excited to offer premium performance brake kits for the Honda Talon 1000, engineered and manufactured in the US with larger rotors and upgraded calipers for sporty side-by-side UTVs. Matched kits employ fixed-mount six piston front and four piston rear calipers, with floating rotors to improve braking on these high-powered machines. Kits fit most 15” and larger wheels.
Our UTV kits utilize the same engineering and manufacturing technology Wilwood uses on brakes for race cars, trucks, and armored military vehicles, scaled down appropriately for side-by-side rigs.

  • Larger, thicker, dynamically mounted 11.25” x 0.25” steel rotors eliminate knockback and reduce thermal distortion; available plain face or drilled.
  • Rigid, net forged aluminum, opposed piston calipers with strengthened body reduces deflection and increase clamping efficiency
  • Differential bore caliper pistons provide even engagement to increase pad life and maintain proper front/rear bias
  • Calipers offered in gloss red and black powder coat, or 22 additional caliper color options (additional charges apply)
  • Standard kits come complete with fade-resistant BP-10 brake pads, banjo bolt and crush washers to connect to factory lines
  • Race-spec kits use Type III hard anodized calipers and aggressive, fade-free PolyMatrix E brake pads
  • Fully compatible with factory master cylinder, ABS, and pedals
  • Kits fit most 15” and larger wheels

Product doesn't work as advertised
This product does not provide enough wipes to remove more than the minimum amount of oxidation. The headlights were starting to yellow, so the oxidation was not severe. We followed the directions on the box to the letter and after using the wipes as directed were left with a sticky residue (which was left-over oxidation that the drying wipes could not remove). I am forced to purchase another box of the product in order to complete the job. I can't drive my car around with the tape protecting the body of the car on it, plus this is Florida so there would be bugs stuck in the tape and the sticky residue. A terrible product. Plus when I called them they said they would send me an email so I can tell them what the problem is and they would give it to their "research" staff to handle. I'm doing that and perhaps they will reimburse me for the second box I will have to get overnighted in order to finish the job.

This is a great product! If you buy 6 to 7 kits! Making it very expensive!!! Once you get started, you can’t stop without buying more kits. It gets worse and worse using any other product. It last a good 8 to 12 month, if you use 7, 8, or 9 kits. It will work the crap out of you, wiping and wiping, scrubbing! Don’t even get started with it, they give you enough of the good stuff to work on a 2 year old car, showing zero signs of oxidation. I’m an Armor All fan! wow, i have used a lot of products for my cloudy headlight lens. this was the easiest and the best so far. on a dry clean headlight, open the foil envelope and get the wipe out, wipe the cloudy headlight and it really gets the job done, a yellow stain builds up on the wipe. one wipe for each headlight. wipe dry with microfiber, then spray the sealant and let it sit, just wipe any excess run off on the car body. poof, done! looks good. says it can last up to 18 months. not sure about that, but i will take what i have now. go nu finish, another solid product.
