This Sauvignon Blanc shows a bright green gold colour. Lifted aromas of passion fruit and gooseberry with an apple blossom twist. A bright and complex palate with crisp acidity and minerality that provides freshness and excellent persistence of flavour.
Easy to enjoy in its youth, it will also soften and build additional complexity 2 to 5 years from vintage
Best served chilled or slightly warmer than fridge temperature. This Sauvignon Blanc pairs perfectly with smoked salmon, steamed asparagus, crispy pork belly and lemon or garlic chicken. It is also fantastic with a wide variety of fresh seafood.
