Running Ransom Road: Confronting the Past, One Marathon at a Time"Running Ransom Road is Caleb Daniloff's unblinking, ultimately triumphant account of his journey from mean, hopeless drunk back to humanity and himself through distance running. It's a searing tale of spiritual redemption one marathon, one mile, one brave, difficult step at a time." "Running Ransom Road is Caleb Daniloff's unblinking, ultimately triumphant account of his journey from mean, hopeless drunk back to humanity and himself--through distance running. It's a searing tale of spiritual redemption--one marathon, one mile, one brave, difficult step at a time."--Steve Friedman, co-author of New York Times bestseller Eat and Run and author of the memoir Lost on Treasure Island

For fifteen years, the words that best described Caleb Daniloff were "drunk," "addict," and "abuser." These days, the best word to describe him is "runner."

In Running Ransom Road, the long-since-sober Daniloff confronts his past by setting out to run races in each of the cities where he once lived and wreaked havoc during that lost period of his life. As he competes in marathons from Boston to Vermont to Moscow, he explores his old destructive life and how running's sobering and inspiring effects have changed him for the better. In doing so, he connects with others like him, illuminating the connection between addiction and running. Running Ransom Road is at once a memoir of addiction, finding oneself, and learning to push past barriers both physical and emotional.

"Just as Caleb Daniloff's life was about to tumble into the abyss of addiction, he was lucky enough to discover he liked to run, simply for himself. In Running Ransom Road, his captivating narrative describes a journey of personal redemption that, fortunately for us, he is willing to share."--Frank Shorter, Olympic marathon gold medalist

Good but left white cast on my skin
Size: 5 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
Overall, I bought this because of the zinc oxide; it is very easy to use, no strong odor, non-sticky. However, it still left white cast on my face. (The intensity of the white cast is still lower compared to other more expensive brand.)

Honestly, I really liked it. It has a good texture, doesn’t feel heavy, and leaves a nice finish. I’ve been using it every day, and so far it has worked well for me

Non greasy, not much white cast compared to other mineral sunscreens
Size: 5 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
The only one my 13 yr old will tolerate. Its the least greasy feeling of any mineral sunscreen we've tried. At 19% zinc oxide, I'm happy. Its also the least "white" cast of any we've tried. My Fitzpatrick III daughter is happy about that

Liked the old formula more :/ very drying
Size: 5 Fl Oz (Pack of 1), Size: 5 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
We have used this for the longest time because me and my middle child have an allergy to chemical sunscreens. I remember last summer the formula was slightly more greasy but I preferred that. While I do like how protected my skin is (we haven’t burned at all even with the new formula, even after swimming for hours and not reapplying) it is extremely drying to where my skin looks like it’s cracking and feels very hard to wash off. Like I can still feel it on my skin after showering. May try a different one :/ super bummed! I feel like it is also hard to rub on skin because it absorbs so fast.
