「車坂」由首位能登女杜氏（藤田晶子）釀造的清酒。
傳說中酒造之神農口尚彦先生的「愛徒」，修行十年學習農口尚彦先生的技藝，藤田杜氏的造酒理念是「吸取於農口先生最好的」 農口先生造酒最厲害的地方是旨味中有「品」。
味道濃而不漏，有「品」。而她造的也會有「品」的感覺，但較輕一點令人回味的感覺。喜歡山廢的朋友一定要一試。
