Active ingredients: 
Musashi High Protein Blend (93%) [Whey Protein Concentrate, Whole Milk Powder, Whey Protein Isolate, Skim Milk Powder, Emulsifiers (Soy Lecithin, Sunflower Lecithin)], Dextrose, Inulin, Flavours, Vegetable Gum (Guar Gum), Enzyme (Papain), Sweetener (Sucralose).

Contains Milk and Soy Products.

Directions: 
Add 45g (1 ½ levelled scoop) to 300mL of Skim Cream Milk or water in a cup or shaker and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.

When: 
Post-Training: Use immediately after exercise within 30 minutes. Maximum one-day intake: up to 3 serves.

Daily: Can be used as a nutritional top up on non-training days. Maximum one-day intake: 1 serve.

Contraindications and cautions: 

• Store below 30°C in a dry place.
• Discard contents 3 months after opening.
• Not recommended if you are pregnant or lactating or under 15 years old.
• Should only be used under medical or dietetic supervision.
• Not to be used as a sole source of nutrition and should be consumed in conjunction with an appropriate physical training or exercise program.
