The pump is equipped with a sensor that activates a visual alert when it’s time to replenish the fountain. If the water level drops too low, the pump will automatically shut off to avoid any potential damage. Once you've refilled the reservoir, the pump will resume operation.

The Catit PIXI® Fountain comes with a filter that purifies your cat’s drinking water through three different methods.
Only use certified Catit PIXI® Fountain Filters.
For the best results, change the filter every 30 days. The fountain’s nose will begin to blink blue when it’s time for a replacement.
