After these come out of freezer then they can be planted in a cell tray with germination dome we have found this to work best with these seeds make sure temp is 75f day and night to start germination water well. This kind gets to be about 14" tall and spreads to about 10" great for 1 gallon pots these are a common plant for fall months.
