The first thing you'll notice is the deep yellow colour in the glass, this comes from aging white wine in Acacia wood barrels. Aromatics ripe apricot, Eureka lemon, thyme. Richly textured, 2021 Off the Grid is a mouthful of wine. High aciding provides scaffolding and structure, and the 9gL of residual sugar is barely noticable but lays the foundation for long aging. 350 cases produced
