是奈良縣唯一的酒造好適米亦是當地推崇品種的「露葉風」、因培植相當困難而曾經途絕種的一款米種、奈良縣内各地的米農各自努力鑽究才令它復活的酒米。是將白露・早生双葉混合的品種、而特徵是比山田錦更大的心白、吸水速度十分快、因此原料處理困難的一款米。
精米至80％因此米味較重。口感圓滑味道清爽彷如菠蘿一樣、風の森特有的優雅酸味以及有著微微的發泡感、不會太過甜、酒精度也不會令人覺得太過高。
風之森美味的秘訣①、使用能以-10℃冷藏保存、強力的酒桶。經常保持住最適合發酵的溫度、令低精米的酒的味道、高品質出品。
風之森美味的秘訣②、有極小的氣泡的一種特殊的水、「Ultra Fine Buble」水來洗米、把米裡面的多餘過礦物質或蛋白質除去、就算精米步合80％的低精米也一樣優雅柔和、造出層次多變帶點複雑充滿立體感的酒。

Very nice little box.
This is a great little jewelry box. I don’t have tons of jewelry right now, so this fits everything well, and the leather-look material is very nice. I like the simple design and organization, and it is a nice size to travel with. It looks really pretty sitting on my dresser and goes with the aesthetic of my home well.
