  • Adjustable universal wire slides hold 18 sheet pans or 34 hotel pans.
  • Ducted heating system and thermostat control maintain holding temperatures from 70°F to 200°F.
  • 304 stainless steel, insulated construction is durable and easy to clean.
  • 5-inch casters, including 2 with brakes, make the cabinet easy to move and secure.
