The Rat GammaGT1 (Gamma Glutamyltransferase 1) ELISA immunoassay kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat GammaGT1. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat GammaGT1 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat GammaGT1, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Rat GammaGT1. You can calculate the concentration of Rat GammaGT1 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

This is the deal of deals. The signal goes through my oven door with zero problems. The sensor inserts neatly into the controller slot. Nice. But that's not all. This thing is Gold Lite, and has the transmission frequency that is 10X better than Bluetooth. The App is probably same as the 4X higher priced Gold Edition, which is worth the price of admission. whose only advantage is that the sensor is good for 752F instead of 932F (yes the descriptions says good for 932F, but Lin the photo it says 752F) . The 932F is not anywhere good enough for my radiant ceramic grill, which goes up above 1300F anyway. So I saved a bunch of money and have something that does everything I need and no more. For the price, this is 5 star

This is more than a pizza maker. There are 15 different settings that makes this a great air fryer. I will probably not use all of the features but it gives me options for if I choose to.
