If you've ever had questions like: why those shepherds? what made them so special? details about the "wise men", why do only Luke and Mark detail these events, why Nazareth? and so much more... buy the book! I took my book over my daughter's house for Christmas Eve with her and her kids + a few friends. They aren't all as familiar with scripture as my husband and I are, but I've insisted on continuing the tradition my mom started of reading the Christmas Story before we open any presents. I brought this book and told them a few things covered in the book... like where the manger was.
