DRILL THE HOLES YOU MARKED WITH A 1/4 INCH DRILL BIT FOR THE HOOD LATCH BOLTS, REINSTALL THE HOOD LATCH, YOU CAN DO THE SAME FOR THE RUBBER STOPS IF YOU WANT TO INSTALL THEM.
