Air Max '97's signature baroque momentum is suffused anew with pungent and labile tonal atmospheres, through which organic sonic events and incomprehensibly abstracted vocals wreathe. The record's disposition spans the darkly playful arpeggios of "Veneer" to the dirge-like "Kermes" and paranoiac "Karyon". Fiendishly twisting tracks are interspersed with more tender moments such as "Queriensteiger", "Nacre", and "Gousse" (formerly released on Stoscha's 2017 Klink compilation). I am updating this my original review which was a 1 star. The original product I received was quite hard and what I did try had no flavor. The seller without request from me went out their way to ensure I then received a replacement which was completely different. The new stuff had a firm nice chew you expect from jerky and had enormous flavor that I am loving. This is a real world class seller and I can't say enough positive things about how they handled the situation entirely of their own accord, since I was just planning to move on and not seek any fix with them. Thank you for convincing me otherwise and I will be back.
