The D017 pressure plate from ACT features an exclusive diaphragm design aimed at increasing clamp load, reducing deflection, and maximizing clutch life. Each diaphragm undergoes a four-stage heat-treating process to ensure unparalleled performance. Precision cover stampings provide rigidity and consistency to the pressure plate. ACT's Heavy Duty pressure plates can increase clamp load by 20 to 50 percent, making them suitable for use with street or race discs.
