Then, it binds with IFN-γ bound to precoated antibody. Add HRP-Streptavidin(HRP-SA) and Biotin system (BS). After incubation, wash unbound conjugate with wash buffer. TMB substrate is obtained by amplifying signal twice and used to visualize HRP enzymatic reaction. Wash unbound components and add TMB substrate solution.
