As anyone who has ever suffered through an abusive relationship knows, it is extremely difficult to live with and I finally obtained a divorce and ended up alone in my condo. It was in this lonely state that I finally was able to achieve a high state of tranquility. I managed to purify the temple of my spirit, in large part by becoming a runner and reading the Holy Bible in solitude.
