Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Grain alcohol, Distilled water
Valerian is used as a sedative-hypnotic for insomnia and as an anxiolytic for restlessness and sleeping disorders associated with anxiety.
If using Valerian primarily as a sleep aid, the full daily dose of 2.4-12 ml (72-360 drops) can be taken from 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. Take an additional dose of 2.4-12 ml earlier in the evening if necessary.
Caution: Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery or driving a motor vehicle within 2 hours of consumption. Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia) or if symptoms worsen or persist.

Exactly as described. It looks absolutely stunning in person. It's very lightweight. Adjustable metal band with tool for ejecting the pins and band pieces. Movement around my wrist feels great and not pinching my arm hairs. Extremely easy to use and set up. Fits perfectly after making some minor adjustments on the band. Battery life promise of 10 years.

Not bad for a watch under 50 bucks

Im not sure what material this watch is made of but the band doesn’t sound weird, it doesn’t feel like a very solid watch but it really looks fancy and nice i really like it a lot,plus lets be realistic you can have high expectations for 40 bucks, is the first one I bought from this brand, I would like to buy yhe automatic one that is around 150 but i want to try the cheapest one first and see if i like it or not, so far im happy i will update in some time to see how’s holding up
