We put together this set of 4 compounds and 4 buffs to easily provide what you need to start polishing.  4" buffs were selected to fit a wide variety of polishing motors, while our Luxor® compounds were selected to allow a wide range of polishing.

Set includes the following items. Please read our blog article for polishing tips and more information on each item in this kit!

Compounds x 4 (also available individually)

Luxor Pink (215-1812)

  • Ideal Metals: All metals, including gold, platinum and silver.

Luxor Green (215-1813)

  • Ideal Metals: Precious metal, stainless steel, titanium, brass, and copper alloys.

Luxor Orange (215-1818)

  • Use For: Achieving a mirror-like finish during the final polishing stages.
  • Ideal Metals: Precious metal, stainless steel, titanium, brass and copper alloys, as well as lacquers and resins.

Buffs x 4

2 each: 4" diameter by 50 ply, fine-weave, muslin buff with 3 rows of stitching and a pin hole, shellac injected, leather center.

  • The stitching provides a firmer surface so this buff is generally used with cutting compounds before a final polish.
  • Sold individually.  See our 140-2450.

2 each: 4" diameter by 50 ply, fine-weave, loose muslin buff with a pin hole, shellac injected, leather center.

  • Loose buffs can more readily follow contours and are generally used for final polishing.
  • Also available individually.  See our 140-4350.

After the buff has been used with a compound, we recommend storing them separately so as not to cross contaminate your work with a different compound.

a very good read for a very different type of x-book
Format: Paperback
Love almost everything about this series. Especially Kwannon/Psylocke. She is the star of this book, and even after these 6 issues, a better character than we see of Betsy/Captain Britain in Excalibur after 12 issues.

Nanny vs Mr sinister is
Format: Kindle
A book I wanna read. The fact that he's terrified of the egg lady is hilarious. Also. Spoilers to follow When Orphan Makers armor was cracked what was the gas that came out? Poor Havok can't seem to ever catch a break. He keeps getting put into no win situations that have finally started to break him . Empath, Harpoon(?), and nanny really didn't need to be on the team. Considering Empath was killed almost immediately, nanny was taken out easily and w c was hiding til he got beat by psylock. The art was better than it has been and the story was enjoyable. Plot holes notwithstanding. Overall I give it a solid: B

Artwork excellent
Format: Kindle
I like the overall story but it got stuck in a few places. The overall expectations are promising and plan to follow storylines.
