These shears have a single bypass blade, like a standard secateur. While typical bypass pruners have a short, stubby blade – think secateurs again – these shears have an extra-long blade. The longer cutting surface makes them extremely efficient, especially when used one-handed as they're intended.

These clippers are made of high carbon steel, which means they are extremely sharp and have great edge retention.

Barracuda Topiary Clippers are fantastic for shaping trees and hedges, cutting through leaves and twigs, and even some branches (no more than 5mm). Particularly good for trimming perennials at the end of the growing season.

Each handle is covered in a red and/or yellow grip. This makes the handles easier to grip and easier to find if left in a garden bed!
