100 % Grillo, biodynamisch bewirtschaftet, 12,5 % Alkohol. Spontan vergoren, minimaler Schwefel, ungefiltert. Occhipinti macht Weine, die nach dem Ort schmecken, nicht nach der Methode. Der Grillo von Santa Margherita hat eine Salzigkeit und Mineralität, die an das nahe Meer erinnert.

Goldgelb mit leichter Trübung. In der Nase gelbe Früchte, Wildblumen, Kräuter, ein Hauch Hefe und Salz. Am Gaumen mittelschwer und texturiert, mit einer lebhaften Säure und einem langen, salzigen Finish. Ein Weißwein mit Charakter, der sich nicht um Konventionen schert. The cable included is only about 3 feet long and has a USB-a plug. Teslas now have only USB-c outlets, so the cable is useless anyway. If the cable were 6’ long and type USB-c, it could be tucked under the molding and hidden. I had to get another cable to complete the installation.
