100 % Korinthianki von den vulkanischen Böden Liparis. Spontan vergoren, Ausbau in Holz. Die kernlose Korinthianki-Traube (die gleiche, aus der Korinthen gemacht werden) ergibt einen erstaunlich frischen, fruchtbetonten Rotwein mit feinem Tannin. 13 % Alkohol. Der 2018er hat genug Reife für eine schöne Trinkharmomie.

Mittleres Rubinrot. In der Nase rote Kirsche, Himbeere, Gewürze und ein Hauch vulkanische Mineralität. Am Gaumen mittelschwer und lebendig — feine Tannine, frische Säure, ein mineralisches Finish. Ein einzigartiger Wein von einem einzigartigen Ort. Zu gegrilltem Fisch, sizilianischer Küche oder einem Teller Antipasti.
