I’ve yet to have one not work, they just keep on providing a great charging system and having the cell phone sitting up like it does in the charger is a bonus. While cell is charging, if a call or text comes in, you can see that without picking up your cell. Also, you can be charging your device while you’re using it since this charging device props up your cell. On a side note, I did have a problem just recently with my cell not charging while on the stand, *BUT I found out it was the *charging cable that I had purchased separately that was defective. I replaced the cable with a new one and the Anker 313 Wireless Charger (Stand) was immediately charging again. If you are thinking about buying this charger, I recommend that you do. You will not be disappointed in this charger…
